Tkach Consulting LLC

Tkach Consulting provides engineering services to metal forming and manufacturing industries, including contract DEFORM^TM 2D & 3D Finite Element Analysis, technical writing, and customized training programs.  Ms. Tkach has a broad background in the design and analysis of materials forming processes. Her experience includes engineering and technical management positions at Metals Forge Company and Hirschvogel Incorporated in Columbus, Ohio where she had broad responsibilities in process development, forge engineering, quality systems, and technical sales.

Ms. Tkach is proficient in 2D and 3D finite element analysis systems and their application to the design of forging and other forming processes.  This includes a background in FORGE 2D and FORGE 3D, as well as the DEFORM^TM 2D and 3D analysis programs.

Ms. Tkach received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and an M. S. in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. She serves as a member of the Ohio University Mechanical Engineering Industrial Advisory Board, and is active in the Society Of Manufacturing Engineers and the Forging Industry Association.
